Radiohead's 2006 U.S. Tour Dates so far
If I compile what More Cowbell, the Chicago Sun Times, and Billboard said, I get this:
RADIOHEAD 2006 TOUR DATES
Jun 17 - Bonnarroo
Jun 19 - Auditorium Theater, Chicago
Jun 20 - Auditorium Theater, Chicago

The THEATRE at MSG? That will royally piss me off. There's no reason for them to be so bloody precious given the obvious massive demand for tix & infrequency of their touring.
What blog did you see this on?

it was on productshopnyc.com
to be honest i think they will be touring a lot more over the summer and when the album drops. these dates are a preview of sorts a la the shows in portugal to road test the songs from HTTT. tickets will be next to impossible, but it won't be the end of the world if you don't get them.

Oh, I'll get them and for face value. I make laminated signs and shamelessly grovel outside venues until I get lucky. (That's how I got into the Beacon in '03.) But yeah I guess you're right on how they're seeing these American dates as part of their 'trying-out-new-material' in intimate venues thing, ala Europe. Still, it's been 3 years since they've toured U.S. (not counting Coachella). There's a lot of pent up demand. As you see here.
