In recent years when Morrissey has performed this song live, he has changed "Walkman" to "iPod" to better reflect the times.

I was there from about 12:45 AM to about 1:05 AM. I asked a couple of employees if there had been a concert outside earlier, and neither of them was aware of one.

One guy near me on the line to get in said he had been there earlier and had met Steve Jobs in the restroom.
