Cold War Kids, the Internet's latest buzz band, start a three night run in NYC tonight - May 1, 2, & 3, 2006 @ Pianos (@ 11PM). Here are some MP3s from the California band's three EPs....

I have been singing this bands praises for months and months and months. Soooo good. Tell them to come back to LA NOW!

I bought my Bowery ticket based on the strength of the Tapes n Tapes song KEXP is playing in their rotation; great to hear that it will be at least a double billing... and I hear Figurines are pretty great too! This is clearly going to be a memorable show!
