Did Art Brut 47 actually turn out to be We Are Scientists? If they were, did they play Art Brut tracks or their own?

yeah art brut 47 was actually we are scientists. I arrived during the middle of the set but all the songs I heard from them were their own.

they played all of their own songs. was a great set and a great all-around show. art brut is definitely fun to see live, but it is totally unecessary to see them 3 or 4 times in a couple of months because they barely mix it up.

i agree...great show when they came to mercury lounge first time last year...figured itd be a waste of time to see them again.

i saw art brut two nights in a row, and though the set was pretty much almost exactly the same, including the between show banter, I had a fucking AWESOME time

The Chalets were great. I would love to see them again. A lot of fun. I also didn't realize Eddie Argos and Paula from The Chalets were married or engaged or whatever.

The Chalets were great. They are looking for american label support so some label sod should step up.

Art Brut proves that anyone with an ironic mustache and a skinny tie can get a record deal.

Last night was an amazing gig.
Everyone was awesome.
Out of the 5 times I've seen them (Art Brut) in New York, last night was the best.

look at the poor sound guy in lauras pics; every art brut show ive seen involves the tech helplessly scrambling to repair/minimize the damage eddie leaves in his wake. awesome.
