Foo Fighters acoustic tour w/ Petra Haden & Frank Black

The Decemberists' Petra Haden is playing violin for Foo Fighters this summer on an acoustic tour that includes Pixies' Frank Black as opener. "Wallflowers keyboardist Rami Jaffee, percussionist Drew Hester and former Foo Fighters guitarist Pat Smear" will also be playing with the band. the NY show is August 21 at Beacon Theater. they booked the civic center theatre in san diego?... great venue... if you're into opera.
everyone knows that sprekels theatre is the place for your rock band's acoustic gig. hell, even symphony hall is better than the civic center. weird choice.

You left the 't' out of 'Fighters'. (That reminds me of the Notre Dame fan who sued a tattoo artist for giving him a 'FIGHING IRISH' tattoo.) Also, there's no 'the' in front of 'Foo'.
