"Owing to fatigue following an intensive period of touring, Andy Nicholson shall be taking a rest and will not be accompanying Arctic Monkeys on their forthcoming tour of North America, Nick O'Malley shall be standing in for Andy on the tour which begins in Vancouver on May 27th. We all wish Andy a speedy recovery."

Maybe he doesn't really have exhaustion. Maybe the exhaustion story is a cover for the truth. Maybe he's in rehab. Anyone else wanna speculate?

I know you're joking, but I'll point out anyway that when The Donnas cut short their European tour in the fall of 2003 it wasn't the fat one, it was the small one. (She had tendonitis and couldn't drum through the pain any longer.)
"drinks like a fucking sphinx - a WASTED SPHINX."
Huh? Does a sphinx drink a lot, if at all?
