"Punk rock supergroup OSAKA POPSTAR have announced a special in-store appearance at the Virgin Megastore Times Square in New York City on Tuesday, May 30 in connection with the May 23 release of Osaka Popstar & the American Legends of Punk, their debut CD with bonus DVD on Misfits Records/Rykodisc. Osaka Popstar creator and frontman JOHN CAFIERO, the legendary MARKY RAMONE (RAMONES), JERRY ONLY (MISFITS), DEZ CADENA (BLACK FLAG) and IVAN JULIAN (RICHARD HELL & THE VOIDOIDS) will all be on hand to sign autographs for fans. In addition, the first 200 people will receive a free 24” x 36” Osaka Popstar poster."

"Fans can also catch JOHN and MARKY on the radio May 23 on MARKY's Sirius Satellite Radio show 'Marky Ramone's Punk Rock Blitzkrieg,' airing at 8:00 PM EST on Sirius’ Faction (Channel 28) and rebroadcast Saturday, May 27 at 10:00 PM EST on Sirius’ Disorder (Channel 24). Additionally, MARKY and JOHN will make a guest appearance on Jonathan Clarke's 'Out Of The Box' program on New York’s Q104.3 FM, broadcast on Sunday, May 28 at 9:00 PM Eastern."
