"It was the bible of Sixties counterculture and radical thought. Now as it approaches its 1,000th issue this week, Rolling Stone magazine is once again leading the rallying cry against the political establishment, giving a new lease of life to its legendary editor and founder Jann Wenner." I'm sure that it's been said before, but no magazine containing a cover story on Nick Lachey is allowed to be billed as "leading the rallying cry against the political establishment."

Rolling Stone is great if:
you are looking for a rug for you shiny scalp;
you want to buy a new SUV with all of Norah Jones' output pre-installed (there is no uninstall, resistance if futile);
you like to leaf through lavish advertising spreads in general.
