Thom Yorke solo album out July 11 | The Eraser

Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has a solo album coming out July 11th on XL Recordings (home of Tapes ‘n Tapes). The Eraser features nine new Thom Yorke tracks and was produced by Nigel Godrich.

Thom said, The elements have been kicking round now for a few years and needed to be finished and I have been itching to do something like this for ages,” he continues. “It was fun and quick to do.” One track, “Black Swan,” will run over the end credits of director Richard Linklater’s upcoming film, “A Scanner Darkly.”

“Thom is currently on tour with Radiohead, who are showcasing brand new material alongside old favorites. Radiohead continue to tour through the summer, playing the U.S. in June and festivals across Europe in August. Radiohead also play sold out headline shows in Edinburgh and Dublin in late August.At the end of the tour Radiohead will resume work on their new album, due for release next year.”
