Birdmonster performed live for WOXY who posted an MP3 of the entire set.
TRUE OR FALSE?: Birdmonster have a development deal with Capitol Records.

I'd heard they had a deal to re-release No Midnight on a NY-area indie label (to remain nameless) in the fall. Guess that doesn't necessarily rule out Capitol.

Capitol fizzled out ages ago. I don't know who they're dealing with, but I'm pretty sure Capitol (who was interested previously) has been passed on.

Capitol might have been chasing them, but a development deal with them is not in the cards. They band are working to secure better distribution for "No Midnight", which should be wrapped up shortly.
