Coverage of the 2006 VICE Intonation Festival begins

The VICE Intonation Music Festival happened this past weekend (June 24-25, 2006) over in Chicago, Illinois, USA. A team of Chicago-based BrooklynVegan correspondents were on hand to let us know how it was, and these four photos are where their coverage begins. If you were there, talk about it in the comments of course.

it was actually like 100x better than last years intonation. there were really few (if any) dull moments.

after seeing her perform live, i'm prepared for lady sovereign to take over the world.
this year ruled because the performers would circulate in the crowd, unlike last year when i didn't meet anyone.

the diversity in the line up was a total plus as well.

the best acts this year, in my opinion, were erase errata, rhymefest, and the boredoms. all total surprises, all mind blowing.
