When I happened upon it last night, I felt so embarrassed for him. The first 20 seconds were funny, the remaining minutes painful. Yuch.

The music: not actually that horrible. I'm surprised at how well that song lends itself to a bluegrass interpretation.

Dave: without all his 80's karate/sex moves, he is but a game show host. A balding, paunchy gameshow host who dressed like an aged fratboy on Jay Leno. Sad sad sad.

Lends itself well? You know, you *can* play pretty much any song with bluegrass instruments, but that doesn't mean you *should.* That video was embarassing.

I saw it on TV and holy crap, was it horrible. I thought it was a joke, and I guess it really is.

What you people don't understand is the tonal range of David's voice. Ten years ago he did the same thing on a late night show...short hair cut, but it was, I think, Sinatra...

And he could do it...

The bluegrass, wasnt as good as the Sinatra, but, David, and he doesnt even understand the range of his own voice, he did it.

Look up the last time he did this on late night, and you will understand

I just saw David Lee Roth on Conan and I got that warm, stinging, embarrassing feeling come upon me. The same feeling that I got when I saw him on Jay Leno. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. That is the most embarrassing comeback attempt since Michael Bolton. What happened to him? I was never a big fan of "Dave" but honestly he used to be way better than this. The bluegrass music isn't so bad, but his voice, his little moves a.k.a. dancing, oh my god! And what the heck is all his "woo-ing" about? Some things are just better left alone.

David lee roth looked like a nervous robot on amphetamines with a "please like me again" smile on his face. His smile would scare anyone. Leno only had him on for amusement anyways. The bluegrass music was nice but nothing really worth anything if you're into bluegrass. Why Jump?! Didn't work. I'll bet some of his bandmembers were even embarrased. Just doing it for the money. He's becoming a "Michael Jackson" type of insane has-been. Just like everyone else said, embarrasing!
