JOE'S PUB, NYC, JUNE 23, 2006 - "Celebrate Gay Pride with 'The Boys of Melody', a special one night only event at Joe's Pub featuring JOEL GIBB frontman of Toronto based band The Hidden Cameras. Special guests include JAY BRANNAN (fresh from the Cannes premiere of John Cameron Mitchell's "Shortbus" in which he has a featured role), Toronto-based GENTLEMAN REG, and the new band from Clint Asay (formerly of the gay pop group The Isotoners), CLINT MICHIGAN. This is about two weeks before Joel Gibb plays with the Hidden Cameras in Prospect Park - opening for Broken Social Scene. Gentleman Reg played with Broken Social Scene back in 2004 at Bowery Ballroom.
