I can't believe LA is more expensive than SF. And, Seoul, are you kidding me? The person who compiled this list of lies needs to up his meds cause it is useless. I just printed out the list, shredded it and had my handy Roomba robot vacuum up all the little pieces of lies.

This list comes out every year, and most reports fail to mention that it talking about the cost of living a luzurious lifestyle for a foriegn executive. It is not about the cost of living for the average citizen of these places.
