Trial under way in White Stripes case

"A trial began Monday on a federal lawsuit by a producer who worked on the first two White Stripes albums and says he played a pivotal role in creating the two-member rock band's signature sound and deserves a share of the royalties." [Yahoo News]

i find it ironic that his Ghetto Records website keeps stressing how they will give you "that sound", which apparently later you may have to pay extra for.
