Can they really sell out 2 nights at Bowery?? That seems a bit much.

i agree... i really enjoy the cd, and they were alright when i saw them friday at bowery ballroom, but as i was watching them i kept thinking that if they were a bit more together and polished, the experience would have been quite a bit more fun... although they do have until late november to figure it out

that's blog buzz for you. with a few more posts from BV I'm sure they will sell out both nights.

i"m surprised too
I like the album and thought they were "nice" live, but not 2 nights at bowery "nice"

then again I think Tapes N tapes are complete garbage and they did it, so what the fuck do I know?

seems a little quick, if you ask me. weren't they playing in some guy's hotass apartment a month ago?

oh yeah... if they do keep getting hyped up watch out for the 2 bowerys = 1 webster upgrade, a la corinne bailey rae or to a lesser extent, the national. i still remember the great BV headline:

"National show to Webster: People pissed, National sorry"

ha! good shit.
