I haven't seen it, but after watching the trailer what else is there?
I'd recommend the L'homme du Train (2002) for an excellent french film.

I don't think your suggestion helps you win since winners are chosen at random. Furthermoer, by BV telling you what others say you would ruining the impact of the survey. For instance, if 100 people say, "give me more hip hop" then BV might say, "damn, we need more hip hop." Moreover, if BV says "someone already said hip hop," then nobody will say "hip hop" and BV will not know that WE WANT MORE HIP HOP. see how it works. carry on.

Also other bloggers can come to BV and borrow these idea's for their own blog if they are posted on the site.

other bloggers can go through the time and pain of conducting surveys instead of hopping on BV's back for free.
