The Slits | 2006 Tour Dates - CMJ showcase w/ Aids Wolf, TPTBOTET, Genghis Tron, GMFTPO, Rah Bras, & more

As already reported elsewhere, The Slits are back together and touring.
The Revenge Of The Killer Slits EP, out October 17 through SAF Records, will mark the band's first material since 1981's Return Of The Giant Slits. Pioneers of genre-stepping punk rock, riot grrrl and inspiration for female rockers far and wide, original members Ari Up and Tessa Pollitt join a laundry list of fellow punk rock royalty who guest on the record.[CMJ]
Their November 1st NYC Knitting Factory show will be part of CMJ. Other bands on the sick bill of the "Panache / Blueghost / Lovepump Showcase" 2-floor event include: Aids Wolf, The Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower, Genghis Tron, The Apes, Child Abuse, Made In Mexico, Dynasty Handbag, Green Milk From the Planet Orange (Japan), Shellshag, Rah Bras, and The Mall.

they'll sell tickets too, and it's already listed on the KF site (with a 'buy tickets' tab), but when i tried to buy tickets on monday, the rude bitch at the box office informed me that they're not actually on sale yet.
