"Lime Wire alleged that the RIAA's 'goal was simple: to destroy any online music distribution service they did not own or control, or force such services to do business with them on exclusive and/or other anticompetitive terms so as to limit and ultimately control the distribution and pricing of digital music, all to the detriment of consumers." Imagine if Limewire won?
I know that's a big f***ing "what if". But the RIAA would have less ground to stand on and it would give the legal system second thoughts about backing the RIAA.

Good for Limewire!! I'm impressed that someone is finally standing up for themselves, and the rest of us for that matter. It's a total David vs. Goliath battle, but I think they have a good case...
