Nada Surf joins Rogue Wave on stage @ Warsaw

JASON COLLETT & LESLIE FEIST (CRED / MORE)
Feist & Jason Collett

We were in indie-pop heaven last night at Warsaw in Williamsburg last night, when Rogue Wave was joined by Nada Surf frontman Matthew Caws and drummer Ira Elliot onstage for their take on the Who's 'Kids Are Alright.' [Billboard's Jaded Insider]

"I COMPLETELY forgot about those guys! I seriously have not thought about them since the nineties.)." [The Park Slope Gastronome & The China-Latina Chowhound] (via)

Though it would have been even better if Feist had joined Jason Collett on stage during his opening set, she didn't -- I just liked the above picture better than anything I could find from this show.

It was an all-time great live music moment. Well. For Brooklyn, anyway. Rock solid show, though. Wasn't quite packed which was a shame and a half.

Cripes, Warsaw is in Greenpoint... why do Williamsburgians insist on extending their borders

"Cripes, Warsaw is in Greenpoint... why do Williamsburgians insist on extending their borders"

It's actually the other way around. Greenpointers are trying to make believe they live in WB. Who can blame them? Not that WB is good, but GP is terrible. Enjoy the toxic waste.

I thought it was Greenburg or Williamspoint.

But just to be an anal Greenpoint Resident, Warsaw is in Greenpoint, Greenpoint begins (or ends) at North 13th St at McCarren Park. McCarren Park in Greenpoint, Turkey's Nest Bar in Williamsburg (you can have it!).

feist looks terrible in that photo.

Yeah, it's because she's snuggling with some guy who isn't ME.

Feist's 'good' looks are the result of great photographers who know how to light her...in person she is quite wrinkled

feist looks hot in that photo

a coupla months back I saw Jason Collett (Band of Horses opened, weird I know) and Feist joined him on stage (as did a couple other BSS members)

My crush was amplified when she took her turn behind the skins. Sigh

funny. I looked at the picture before I read the comments and wondered what kind of drugs I was on to not notice feist there.

how can you not look good next to jason collett??
it would have been cool if she was there..though I prefer emilys vocals over feists for hangover days.

jason collett is steadily becoming one of my favorite musicians.

Christina, you distract Jason Collett so I can lure Feist away. Deal?

"feist looks hot in that photo"

Are you serious? Look at the chin. Look at the nose. Definitely not hot. You need to step outside of Williamsburg and remember what sexy women look like.

Both Feist and Collette get a lot of airplay on Iceberg-95 on Sirius...100% Canadian. Leslie is one cool cat!
