"are these shows going to be 21+?"

yes, sorry. :(

"are these shows going to be 21+?"

We can only hope so.

Oh come on, I'm sure you were once underage and hoping to god that your favorite bands would be playing all-ages shows. Unless you just started getting into music after college. Which is too sad to even consider.

Posted by will | October 9, 2006 1:45 PM

Will just wants to hit on underage chicks.

Posted by Anonymous | October 9, 2006 1:48 PM

It's not the chicks I'm after.

once yr 21 (or get a fake id) you will realize the joys of 21+ shows.

"once yr 21 (or get a fake id) you will realize the joys of 21+ shows."

Um, sweetheart, that's cute and all, but I happen to be 30 years old. And you? Because I've always found that it's the children who just turned the magical ages of 23 or 24 that talk shit about the below-21 year old crowd wanting to see shows. And by the way, it makes absolutely no difference at all whether the show is all ages or not and you know that. What will happen if we let these crazy hooligan kids in the show, they are going to enjoy themselves?

Posted by will | October 9, 2006 3:47 PM

you tell 'em will.
being a snob sucks no matter who it's aimed at. and i'm older than the hills...

21+ shows are usually better than all ages shows. however, i would enjoy a bunch of 16 year olds dancing along to THE THERMALS [one of bv shows!]

Noon - 5/5:30pm? Aside from the Saturday one, who will attend the weekday ones? I would think most people 21+ have to work during those hours. :(

three showcases? always the over achiever :)

mispelling sponsored is entirely enticing to those whom consider to do so

Say, was "Maf54" Mark Foley's IM username?

The unemployed and the Trustafarians. Actually, the latter may not have woken up yet.

I am really looking forward to seeing what BV is putting together for this. I've got plenty of sick and personal days saved up so I'll definitely try to make it to these day shows.
