CBS to pay $2M to settle payola case
"According to Attorney General Elliot Spitzer, CBS Radio will make a payment of up to $2 million to New York non-profit entities to fund music education and appreciation programs" [Yahoo]

And who's gonna pay me for having been forced to listen to horrendous music that was on the radio as a result of payola or "pay for play" or whatever you want to call it? Seriously, let's start a class-action suit.
