I've figured out what I'm going to be for Halloween! I'm gonna spray green silly string all over my face and I'll be a dude who was in some picture on brooklynvegan.com.

Well, I am in for both Dictators shows. Don't be surprised if the Bullys tear it up on the Friday night show. As for Debbie and Chris, who knows how that will be.
Regarding the 12th, I heard about Social Distortion performing there a while back and they have an off night. Would not be surprised if they perform on the 12th.

At a Loser's Lounge show over the weekend, they announced they were performing their tribute to the Talking Heads on the 12th.

I liked the Dicatators after I saw them at the Little Steven Garage Fest, but then Handsome Dick had to pull a dick move and sue Dan Snaith to change his name from Manitoba. Oh well, CB's has been ass for 25+ years.

Nobody would have heard of Caribou if Handsome Dick hadn't sued him/them, so quitcher bitchin'.

Harley's War stole the matinee yesterday!!!!

I want to see some reviews of the hc mat! I was never a fan of AF so I skipped the show. Seeing SOIA would have been great. The Gorilla Biscuits show was incredibly fun, and I am now waiting for the Bad Brains and the Dictators.

Show yesterday was unreal. Harley's War was great, even if Harley wouldn't quit bitching about the Cro-Mags. SOIA tore it up, and then it just got progressively more nuts through Madball, Murphy's Law (who were beyond great) and AF. AF was actually probably the most disappointing of all the bands.

"AF was actually probably the most disappointing of all the bands."
Like I said above, I never was a fan. I am not surprised the show had tremendous energy. I went to the GB show just midly excited, and left incredibly pumped up. I'm hoping the energy remains high for the last remaining show.
Been listening to more Patti Smith lately and her lyrics are making me feel more and less optimistic. The line "We created it, let's take it back" is especially powerful. Anyone have an extra ticket?

WEAK! They couldn't get Richard Hell to do a show? Tom Verlaine? John Cale? Another show by Patti Smith?

What, was School of Rock unavailable?
