If I wasn't completely wiped from spending so many hours at CBGB this weekend, I'd probably go check out the free Jeffrey Lewis / Dufus show tonight (Oct 16, 2006) at Pete's Candy Store in Brooklyn. Jeffrey Lewis is also opening for Scritti Politti at Bowery and other places. All dates at his MySpace.

jeffrey lewis rules...very underrated 2006 album.

just a warning: when i stopped by pete's yesterday and asked about the jeffrey lewis show, the bartender checked a schedule on the wall and said he wasn't listed. not sure who to trust - especially since he *is* listed on the pete's site - but it might be worth a call first, unless you live in the area anyway.

Dufus rules! There is none like Dufus...The gods created many worlds before this one, but forgot to wipe out some of the remants from the other worlds. Dufus is proof.
