Kevin Federline playing Webster Hall - I'm serious | My Chemical Romance too
I wish I was kidding. And yeah, My Chemical Romance are playing some "club" shows too.

Maybe it's some fake band name disguised for someone else. Maybe it's the reunited Pavement.

Maybe it's some new band with Dangermouse in it. Gnevin Federline?

A night at a comedy club will run you at least $20 and this will be far funnier. It might be worth it.

Maybe the K-Fed show is part of CMJ? I hear Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin and Cold War Kids are opening...

I kinda wanna see the Federline show, just to see who else shows up.
MRC, on the other hand, I think I know what to expect: Hot Topic jersey girls.

Why's it say, "ATTN STEREOGUM READERS"?

"Why's it say, "ATTN STEREOGUM READERS"?"
good point. I should have just said "ATTN STEREOGUM"
but the reason is cause K-Fed is generally for him to blog about.

I really wish I had not found out about this. The temptation to attend just to see the messy results is so great.... Matt totally has a point.
I mean will there be anyone there besides hecklers?

i'd 100% go, but i'm so broke right now.
lol at the idea of it being a CMJ event.

"I mean will there be anyone there besides hecklers?"
Britney fans
I've been thinking. Doubtless, a lot of the people who think K-Fed's rapping is laughable aren't fans of rap music. How do they know what's good rapping and what's bad rapping? I think any such person who'll go to this show to heckle K-Fed is a poseur.

i'm sure that people who don't like hiphop still can tell the difference between a good rapper and a bad rapper.

manchild, the mcr show is rumored to be a lineup, like the rest of these small club gigs: you can start lining up at 8, they start selling tix at 5, show at 7-ish.

K-Fed Cancels House Of Blues Performance
October 30, 2006 9:51 a.m. EST
Maira Oliveira - AHN - Americas Reporter
Los Angeles, CA (BANG) - It seems like Kevin Federline may be getting new album release jitters and is hesitant that his debut record may turn out to be a complete flop. The wannabe rapper recently canceled one of the first concerts of his promotional tour for his debut album.
BritBrit's husband was scheduled to play at the House of Blues, in Cleveland, on November 9 but canceled on Friday giving no explanation.
K-Fed's album, "Playing with Fire" goes on sale tomorrow.
The 28-year-old star - the father of BritBrit's two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James - recently told People magazine, "If you want to hate me, cool, hate me. You know why? Because all it's going to do is help me."
The former backing dancer's debut as a rap artist has been heavily criticized. Britney has even tried to help out her husband by persuading her own fans to support his debut album release.
Subscribers to the "Toxic" singer's mailing list received an email last week, warning them it was their "last chance" to pre-order K-Fed's album.
