NME coverstars Klaxons coming back to U.S. - tour dates (CMJ) + Halloween MoFo w/ Morningwood & secret band

Klaxons are coming back to the States. On November 1st they're playing one of those super-hard-to-get-into-late-night VICE CMJ-afterparties at Cake Shop in NYC. Then they go to Philly, and on November 4th they come back to play Galapagos in Brooklyn (also during CMJ). Then they go to Cali.
The next NYC Motherf*cker party happens on Halloween at the Roxy (flyer). NYC's own Morningwood (the band everyone loves to hate even more than the Klaxons) are playing. Plus there's a "'laid back' performance by secret band" @ 1:30 am. All I know is the 'secret band' is from the UK, and it's during CMJ, so it could be anyone.

Seems unlikely they would go from NYC to Baltimore to NYC, but it is possible to do.

They're filming a video in DC from October 28 through October 31. My roommate is helping out with the production.

oh, gotcha. though if filming ends on october 31 it's still likely hot chip could be back in NYC for a 1:30am set that night.

according to a call to DFA today, IT IS HOT CHIP, 100%.
i think i remember falling asleep listening to them.
but mofo is awesome. morningwood puts on a fun show. and its halloween. should be dope.

Klaxons best come further up the west coast once they reschedule-ie Portland (ideal) or Seattle (worth the trip)

Those guys aren't that interesting. I remember seeing a while ago that White Rose Movement would be playing MoFo. I'll catch that after the Cardigans gig.
