"We are very happy to welcome L.A.'s Silversun Pickups, who will be performing an acoustic set at Other Music this evening, Wednesday, October 11th, at 7:00 P.M., before their later appearance at the Mercury Lounge."

Tickets are still on sale for their show at Mercury Lounge tonight and the one at Bowery tomorrow. Pitchfork says the album sucks.

how bout this? think what you will of pitchfork but sit down and read their review of silversun and try making it through the show. i'm guessing you'll still hate pitchfork (now even more begrudgingly) and you will have wasted a few hours' chance at happiness. because this band blows. but seriously, go see for yourself.
