I wonder if anyone will bring a Sirius boombox to CBGB that night and play the simulcast outside.

What, you'd prefer that it not be simulcast on satellite radio (neither Sirius nor XM), and therefore deny a lot of people who couldn't get tix or who couldn't travel to CBGB the chance to hear the performance? You'd prefer that the Sirius audience not be exposed to Patti Smith?

FYI to everyone else: You can sign up for a free three-day online trial of Sirius at their Web site. Broadband connection required, naturally.
