Kurtis Blow Read an interesting interview with rap legend Kurtis Blow where he speaks on his new ventures and the state of Hip Hop today. Unlike most other older rappers, he’s not hating either!

Talib Kweli is opening for Soulive at Nokia Theatre in NYC on December 28th. Tickets are now on AmEx presale. They go on regular sale on Friday at Noon.

Snoop DogAboutRap has a preview of Snoop‘s upcoming new album. I had the chance to listen to the whole thing and think it’s his strongest in years.

Oversaturation anyone? Jay-Z‘s video for Show Me What You Got has been turned into a beer commercial. (I saw it during last night’s world series game.) He’ll be on the next XXL cover. He’s beaten out only by George Clooney on AskMen’s top 49 best men. He also speaks on his beef with Cam’ron.
