Citizen Cope playing music on the F train?

An Idolator reader thinks they saw Citizen Cope playing on the F Train with a crazy subway performer who I'm pretty sure is the guy I always think Devendra Banhart needs to discover and make famous. And speaking of the F Train, here's two reasons to use it this week:
