Kiki & Herb - 3 more shows @ Joe's Pub
Kiki & Herb recently finished up a reunion-run on Broadway. Last night (November 15, 2006) they played their first of four shows at the more intimate Joe's Pub. The Music Slut was there.
The set featured mostly new covers not previously attempted including Belle & Sebastian's 'Fox In The Snow' (mixed with 'Material Girl', it was AWESOME!), 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'/'Miss World', a Kanye West number and even, if you can believe it, an encore of The Knife's 'Heartbeats'!!The next show is tonight - it might be sold out, but there are definitely still tickets available for the shows on November 26th and 27th.

yeah they said that tonight's show is sold out and the joe's pub people told me the other 2 were too but it seems as if you can purchase tix online now, guess they were talking outta their ass.
did anyone else go besides me?

I'm waitng for Herb to dump Kiki and get "reunited" with Peaches.

Sorry, that's not gonna happen. Rumor has it that Peaches has been talking to Eric Clapton about getting together with Cream.
