Twisted Sister ChristmasFirst, let me take this opportunity to warn you to avoid, at all costs, the new Christmas album by 80's icon Aimee Mann. I took a quick listen. Not only is it dreadfully depressing, it adds nothing new to the already-too-large body of Holiday music covers. Perhaps there's a gem hidden on there - I just couldn't listen that far.

Second, I urge you to immediately seek out the brand new Christmas album by 80's icons Twisted Sister. The mashup of Brooklyn Jewish hair metal and schlocky Christmas songs is a work of genius, but don't take my word for it - just go STREAM THE WHOLE THING at their website. A quality stocking stuffer indeed.

I have always loved Twisted Sister ever since I first heard The Price - what a great song! So when I heard that they had put out a Christmas album I kept dropping hits to my family. No luck! Off to the music shop and there I found it the CD of my dreams. I really enjoyed it especially the rendition of Oh Come All Ye Faithful and Heavy Metal Christmas.

By the way I'm not a teenage fan but over 65!

that portion of that last song was better than the other two combined.
