DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh PRince

Hip Hop's first ever Grammy Award winners DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince are set to re-unite for a tour.

VH1 features Raekwon and shares a little nugget: Dr. Dre will be handling the lion's share of the production on Cuban Linx 2.

The Game's remix of One Blood is available all over the place. It features Jim Jones, Snoop Dogg, Nas, T.I., Fat Joe, Lil' Wayne, Nore, Jadakiss, Styles P, Fabolous, Juelz Santana, Rick Ross, Twista, Kurupt, Daz, WC, E-40, Bun B, Chamillionaire, Slim Thug, Young Dro, Clipse and Ja Rule. Jay-Z is getting closer to oversaturation in the news right now, but here is an excellent post with full tracklist and details on how many discs there will actually be on this release. He also plans on touring eight cities in one day. "Four of the eight cities, including Washington, Atlanta, Chicago and Las Vegas, have been confirmed so far."

Nas had a song featured in Scorcese's The Departed which featured Leonardo DiCaprio who in turn has a new film coming out next month called Blood Diamonds which will be scored by Nas. Listen to new song Hip Hop Is Dead featuring Will.I.Am (WMA).
