$32 tickets are on sale for a New Years Eve-Eve Spoon show at Webster Hall in NYC. They don't seem to have any other shows scheduled at the moment.

i WISH all clubs and venues would make tix to all shows a minimum of $50 if only to silence the whining of these selfish cry-babies always complaining about ticket prices.
$32? sheesh!
ask yer mama for the money, juvenile.

It is worth the money if the venue is good and the band is great. Webster Hall sucks. Spoon? Don't know, haven't seen them live. But you couldn't pay me to see a band at Webster Hall.
$32 is a lot of money, to those of us who are not sitting pretty.

Well it's sort of like a NYE show I guess....
so by those comparisions its a much better deal than Crap Your Hands at Hammerstein for $42.00 ... and this way you can see a cool show that weekend & leave NYE for something else...

darkglobe:
considering spoon's live show is mediocre and the sound at webster hall is terrible, paying that much (Before fees) is not worth it. i go to a ton of shows and i could see two or three much better shows for that price.

Have the folks pissing on this concert ever seen a show at Hammerstein or Roseland? I ask merely out of curiosity.
Me, the prospect of seeing Gimme Fiction performed live for the first time would probably get me into MSG, also for the first time. Or you, know, an amphitheater in the deepest bowels of the Abyss.
