Tickets go on sale at noon for a Fiery Furnaces show at Northsix in Brooklyn on January 5th, 2007. The last show currently scheduled at Northsix is January 21st. It'll be closing for a while soon after that. The Fiery Furnaces have no other shows scheduled at the moment. You can download a show they played in June with Man Man at NPR.

Eleanor and Matt recently told Torontoist their next album should be out Summer 2007.

Finally! I'd been waiting for them to schedule an NYC date for the new set for months now. Just an FYI to people, but this is a totally different show from the one they were playing in that NPR thing.
