Am I confused, or are the Jersey City dates being held at Loews Theater, like the movie theater? I didn't know they do anything besides movies.

marlon, you fool. get hip to this shit: the loews theater in jersey city is this really old really awesome extremely beautiful theater in journal square. they just sort of restored it and some really great people have been putting on shows there. bright eyes, beck, feist, and yo la tengo have all rocked that shit. it's fantastic.

not the loews CINEMA you're thinking of, although they do show old movies at this joint sometimes..

oh yeah, they show old movies there monthly. i've been going to this theatre since i was a kid so i have alot of affinity for the old Loew's.

and if you want a place to eat nearby i recommend the parmigiana house right next door, in the basement of the journal square pub.

At least the opener is largely My Brightest Diamond this time... Lavender Diamond was really unintentionally funny on the other leg of the tour :(

I think Lavender Diamond is a great opening band. They really set a good mood for me, even though folks in the crowd were really cruel.

The presale for the March/April 2007 U.S. tour dates will begin Tuesday, January 23rd at 1 PM Local Time through this site. All shows and links to buy tickets will be visible at that time.

Did anyone else find that the tickets were available before 1pm?

I happened to just check for the heck of it and found I could purchase. It wasn't that much before 1pm, but it was before.
