How could a show with so much great music be so unwatchable?

Man, I still love this show. The whole Ryan/Taylor thing was really heating up.
There, I said it.

Wiki forgot Elvis Perkins's "While You Were Sleeping" in season 4. Too bad there wasn't a way I could fix that.

Don't stop Belivin'! Seth and Summer and Ryan and Taylor now need us more than ever. Now is not the time to quit and give up. We must remain resolute and determined in our viewing habits.

Black Eyed Peas - "Let's Get Retarded"
Do BEP really have a song titled that? I suspect that someone vandalized that entry, changing it from "Let's Get It Started."
Posted by wiki wiki wiki wiki | January 4, 2007 3:11 AM
wiki x 4
"Let's Get Retarded" is indeed the original track title, which was sanitized for airplay and constant repeat during 2005 NBA Playoffs broadcasts.

The wiki entry did indeed leave out some tracks, as I distinctly remember Oasis' "Stop Crying Your Heart Out" being played and it was also the recipient of a "songs featured in tonight's episode included..." with a picture of the album prior to the end credits.
Posted by Christopher | January 7, 2007 12:15 PM
The list is missing one from December 2005:
David Poe "Doxology"

Wish the list was chronological instead of alphabetical; makes it kinda hard to identify the song when you're watching the show and hear something you like.
Anybody know which song was playing during the party Julie and Kirsten threw for their dating service venture? (The scene where Taylor tells her mom that Summer’s dad had genital warts- episode 12 of season 3)

By the way... Does anybody know the name of the song played in episode 33, in chrismukkah?... when seth and ryan are supposed to cancel with summer and lindsay... See I'm watching the rerun here, and so, today I was watching this episode, and when I listen the track.. I started laughing... a lot!... So If anyone can please tell me... I'm looking for the song that is played twice.
1.) When Ryans living in the model home and marrissa gives him that cd and when she comes by later and hes listening to it the song playing is the song that reminds her of him.
2.) When Ryan's carrying marrisa from the car after it crashed
if you could help me out that would b great

I'm looking for a song played in Season 1, Episode 8 - The Rescue. I've gone through all the sites I've got bookmarked for The O.C. (a ton of them) and none of them seem to have it listed, that I can find so far.
The song is playing when Summer goes to see Seth at his house and when she knocks on his bedroom door, he hollers "Not now mom, I'm studying naked" and Summer goes "eewww" outside the bedroom door. He lets her in, she sees his horse (Captain Oats) for the first time, then she tells him they need Ryan to help Marissa because her mother wants to send her to the funny farm...
I know the song, the tune is stuck in my head, but I can't get it to click. Anyone know?
