Largehearted Boy's Interesting CD Releases

Please help me welcome music blogging legend Largehearted Boy to BrooklyVegan. Largehearted Boy followers are already quite familiar with his weekly list of "interesting releases". Now every Monday (we're running late this week) you'll find the same content right here on BrooklynVegan. I couldn't be more excited...

------

After a month of slow release weeks, finally there are some albums worth buying this week. I am headed out this morning to pick up Neko Case's live disc, Ron Sexsmith's Time Being, and the bluegrass tribute to the Shins (for my wife). I can definitely recommend the new album, Sing You Sinners, by singer-songwriter Erin McKeown and the Autumn Defense disc.

What are your recommendations from this list? have I omitted anything worthy of consideration?
