I saw these guys play at my old house last weekend and of the 75+ shows I've seen there it was the worst by a longshot. I don't know about their recorded stuff but skip the show unless you want to hear a one hour jam sess with such "interesting" techniques as using your cell phone to modify the frequency of your bass feeding back (It doesn't do anything). "Freak folk" my ass. BOO!

anyone one here see akron/family on feb. 10th at wesleyan university. is so you'd prolly remember "Luke" who played before them who was ridiculously good. doesnt anyone know anything about him? all i know is his name was luke. yeah..
