oh wait, i'm dumb. nevermind.

Got my bowery tix. Fucking rock!
Between this and Daft Punk, I don't think I can handle much more excitement. Radiohead better hold off their US tour announcement for a few days.

excellent, got my tix.

the 2 secret shows were not nearly long enough to satiate me. can't wait for the bowery show (and, of course, coachella),

Damn looks like pre-sale is gone for Bowery. Sucks, anyone know when general sale on these happens?

I'm from Italy...where to buy tickets for the Bowery Ballroom show ?

That show in Greenpoint was bananas...I mean, the band was pretty cool but the party itself was better
Maybe I'm just a drunk and the idea of free Jack Daniels makes me horny...

5 days before my birthday... 5 days...
I thought LCD Soundsystem was gonna be the only show that really fucked me over like that, but I guess I was wrong :`(

Am I missing something or are these guys just a tad overrated?

~~dance my dick, DANCE~~
Posted by hogger | March 10, 2007 10:53 AM
christopher, you really have to see them live to evaluate whether or not you actually like them.
also, i don't think that a few favorable reviews=overrated.

This has absolutely nothing to do with !!! (though Myth Takes kicks ass) but thought some of you might be interested in listening to a Sam Beam/Iron & Wine performance that I posted on Mirr World:

Enjoy!

hey BV, i don't support any jerk who throws a piano in a river, and i don't think you should either. just my opinion.

Yeah, when I read that line in the interview I thought it was a joke, but it wasn't. Pointless art project.
Posted by Eduardo | March 12, 2007 1:57 AM
it's on youtube, though a very dark video where you can hardly tell what's going on. it's not even worth linking to.
my question is whether the piano is still there or if it was hauled out after the "piece" was completed. regardless, the destruction seems pointless to me (though pointless destruction has it's fans).
