such a boring new album...i havent been into them since 98

yup, saw them when they were supporting walkie talkie. very docile crowd, lots of couples and people looking/dressed "very smart." they do amp up their sound but most songs are very faithful to the studio recording. also, download the moog cookbook remix of "kelly watch the stars." that's the version they place live.

i've seen them live, and they are such a bore. i left half way in the show and while i was there i wasn't even paying attention, and i liked them. this album sucks, the music sounds always the same.

AIR is fun live. Its been a few years, but I really enjoyed their live show.

I saw them @ Town Hall in NY when they toured during Moon Safari and it was SICK...then i saw them @ Hammerstein a few albums later and i practically fell asleep standing up. So, it's a toss up but if you've never seen 'em before, you probably should.
