Bon Jovi & Amy Grant playing Town Hall for Boox Expo
Weird?
"Jon Bon Jovi is hitting the books. The singer will perform, with Amy Grant, at Town Hall on June 2 during BEA. The rockers, who both have forthcoming titles from the Doubleday imprint Flying Dolphin Press, will hit the stage for charity as part of the Saturday Night Benefit, raising money for the Book Industry Foundation. The show will start at 9 p.m., with doors opening at 8:30 p.m., and the $25 tickets must be purchased in advance via the BEA registration form or on-site at the Jacob K. Javits Center, May 31–June 2." (thx Sam)

Marlon, maybe they confused her with Eddy Grant. But then, he is/was not a rocker, either.

Not much off from the fake announcement at NY2LON at SXSW announcing Amy Grant performing with Public Enemy: "It's gonna be rap, it's gonna be Christian and it's gonna be great."
