Hello and Good afternoon.
I won't launch into some long-winded and ramblin' story of exactly how i came to hear-about Dinosaur Jr ..Oh alright then i will..i was Interailing -around Europe in uhh way-back in like uhh..1994 and uhh i met this American girl called Dara in a Hostel in uhh Arles or Avignon i think..and well anyway she was like into all kinds of Indie Bands and stuff and she had a Tape of "Where You Been" which she played -me and i said Say!That is really cool!(Only i didn't 'cos i am English-i probably said-Oh Gosh! That music is quite something!) Anyways to cut a long-rambling story to the quick so to speak..i think she naughtily taped it for me when she came to stay with me at the end of her Interail trip in London "Rad Pad!" she goes!(Hackney,Stoke Newington)Oh i goes,thanx.(You don't have wooden floorboards and whistle kettles in America!?)Whatever.Anyways..she went -back to America i can't remember exactly where she came from maybe MidWest or somethin' or West Coast anyways she worked in a Coffee Shop and was a Musician and a bit-of-a-Goth(but like i jus' let it go)Well..anyways that was how i came to first hear Dinosaur Jr and i probs still have the exact same tape which is a teensey-weensey bit crackly now but still plays ok.sey on my pretty sh*tty stereo.(i really need a brand new individual state-of-the-art-electronics-heaven-stereo system, but whatever..)
So uhh yeah..and now i heard-on-the-grapevine that Uhh Dinosaur Jr are supposed to be coming-over to England this summer to play -so i heard..i uhh..don't know for sure..uhh but i don't see no England Tour Dates up-there on the Tour Dates for 2007 Board so to speak..so uhh..i'm like thinkin' to myself..maybe..maybe not..i don't know..Uhh..probs .i could find-out if say i "googled" Dinosaur Jr. Tour Dates 2007 England.Probs.That might work!?Huh?
