"'I'm sure you don't categorize it as such, but some would call it pornographic,' said Brownback, a fundamentalist Christian and U.S. presidential contender who was the driving force in the Senate behind legislation that raised fines broadcasters face for indecent content to $325,000 per incident." Don't you have to pay for Sirius? Making it fine to play whatever they want?

wait, tell me again which one of these guys is an economics professor? How are they able to judge the impact of this merger as it pertains to the *economic* welfare of the customer. I didn't read anywhere in the anti-trust laws that stated that a merger couldn't take place because it would eliminate christian programming. Church/State anyone? I like how clearcut it is for these guys: Everyone should be entitled to religious programming and nobody should be allowed to listen to Ron Jeremy.

Somebody should quiz Brownback about his affiliation with "The Fellowship" a conservative Christian cult which allows him to live virtually rent free in a luxury apartment complex that they own in D.C.

As a paid subscriber, I choose to pay for "pornography". Tell HBO they can't have nudity either. Douchebag.
