The Fordham show is not open to the public...it's students only...no guests for students either. I called and asked.

If you're in the Boston area, COME TO THE WELLESLEY SHOW. It's going to be awesome. And it's free to get to Wellesley from Boston/Cambridge. Sweet.

Anyone know if Mirah's ever going to release another new album? "C'mon Miracle" is one of my all-time faves!

I just wanted to let everyone know that Liz Isenberg has also been added, very last minute because the show is tommorow on the 2nd, to the show at Sarah Lawrence.
I hope that everyone comes out to both

the show at fordham is for students only because of the size of our venue. it can fit about 60 bodies and that's pushing it.

Does anyone know if the NYU show is open to the public?
Posted by Chelsea | March 2, 2007 9:09 AM
yeah, the Fordham show is in this super tiny coffeehouse so the University restricted it to just students. you're better off waiting for the NYU show Wednesday than schlepping all the way to the f'ing Bronx.

nyu show:
"Tickets available day of show for non-NYU peeps or in advance to NYU-students on the 2nd floor of Kimmel with government issued i.d. or I think a student i.d."
you can read the article, you know. that is the general purpose of it.
Posted by Anonymous | March 2, 2007 1:07 PM
the sarah lawrence show is also sarah lawrence students only
Posted by Anonymous | March 2, 2007 2:10 PM
anyone know when tickets for non-nyu students will be available on Tuesday?
Posted by Anonymous | March 2, 2007 6:02 PM
"Tickets are available to the general public starting at 12:30 pm on the day of show."
I'd show up later. Last time I went at 12:30 it wasn't open yet.

I need to learn how to write with irony.

i emailed the general manager of k recs and this is what she said about the fordham show: "[It] is open to the public and free... Non-students will need to check in at security gate and let them know they are there for the free show at the campus coffee shop," but get there early because it's smaaaaall. does anyone know the start time for the show, though?

Has anyone tried to get tickets yet for the Irving show? LiveNation sure knows how to kick a music fan in the teeth! $45 dollars for two $15 tickets! An extra $15 dollars to LiveNation because they do what exactly?

Not quite a new album, but there is the Mirah remix album Joyride that was released in November.
