The View cancel tour dates again

ANNOYING
"Due to continuing visa and immigration issues, Scotland's The View has regretfully been forced to cancel their May US tour dates. All tickets will be refunded." (again)

I know they are having problems, but why don't they figure stuff out before booking shows that they might not make?
