Georgie James says:

We're happy to say that we've signed with Saddle Creek and that they'll be issuing our debut record, Places, sometime in September or October. We'll have a release date pretty soon. We're also going to be touring the U.S. and Europe for most of the fall, so we'll have dates posted for that later in the summer. In the meantime, we're playing some regional shows over the next few months and we still have some copies of the "Need Your Needs" single left. You can get that from dischord.com in the "Stuff We Sell" section, if you're interested.

Interesting...I'm looking forward to the possibility of a full-length. That 3-song EP they put out was pretty great.

saw them opening for a tilly tour so this wasn't really out of the blue. they rocked live (4 person band when they play) but their ep is a snoozer. songs are the same verse/chorus for four minutes.

saw them open for Camera Obscura at Bowery last year. Lot of fun.

looking forward to seeing them with Mary Timony. That's a great bill.

It is always a fun watching them live. I wish if they have any tour this year at my place.
