i followed the instructions and got on the list. says i'll get more info emailed on june 5th about the show at the TLA. so i guess its at the TLA

Just like New Yorkers won't call Irving Plaza by any other name, I refuse to call the TLA anything else either. It's like Prince's name change debacle in the mid '90s. Screw Live Nation and their fake-ass "Fillmore" brand.

I almost feel a little scammed. Just got the email about my "tickets" to the free LCD show in Philly. It's a first come, first serve show. What the fuck does that mean? The TLA box office opens today at noon and the show is tomorrow night. Last week I get an email saying I'm set with tickets. I go off and make plans to party and spend the night in Philly tomorrow night only to find out that my "tickets" might well not be there tomorrow night.
If I get there tomorrow night and am told that all the tickets are gone - someone is going to be pissed.....on!
Still love James and the band though!
