I want to have Hope Sandoval's babies.

Or instead of having her babies, let's figure out a way to send her flowers. About a thousand flowers. Or maybe flowers every day for a year. All my best ideas are stolen from movies.

"send me your flowers of December..."

mazzy star reunion would probably be the coolest thing ever.

Yeah and so would a clash, beatles and velvet underground reunion but it aint gonna happen and neither is Mazzy Star.

By the way, I saw Hope Sandoval sitting with David Bowie at the Daniel Johnston Highline Ballrooom show.

well... actually there are a couple big differences between a Mazzy Star reunion and a clash, beatles or VU reunion...

those three bands all broke up, and since then, many of the major players in the band have DIED... I guess you could MAYBE do a VU reunion with Reed, Mo and John Cale... but it really wouldn't be much of a reunion.

As far as I know, everyone in Mazzy Star are still living... and they also never officially BROKE UP. Granted, they haven't put out an album in a decade, but, still...

Even a Hope Sandoval & the warm inventions tour would be pretty kickass. That record is great.

hope and the warm inventions played a show at bowery ballroom way back when that album came out. it was awesome. they did a rolling stones cover (Playing with Fire) as an encore. i would love to have a recorded version of that, but it doesn't exist.
