Was anyone able to get tickets? I tried at 10:00am and there were no tickets available. Fortunately, at 10:03am I could get general admin tickets on stubhub for $129 each. Fuck.

Yes, aaron. This was a pre-sale. Consequently, only the pre-sale tickets sold out. These usually constitute about 10% of the available tickets. The remainint 90% are what will be on sale on Saturday.

I wouldn't worry too much. Even if the regular sale tckets are gone tomorrow you can always get to the venue and buy tickets outside. Wait until they start the first two songs and see how the prices drastically drop from scalpers. No need to pay exorbitant sums for this

I was on at 10, couldn't get 4. then tried to get 2 a minute later, no luck. then finally i tried one and got it. when i went back to see if i could pull another 1, no luck. so im flying solo til tomorrow morning.

People, PRESALE MEANS JUST THAT PRE!!!!!! They only sell a small amount of tickets for the PRESALE!!!! The bulk of tickets for the show meaning the majority go on sale for the REGULAR sale!!!! That is why tickets for a show at the presale go evry quickly. Tomorrow will not be like that cause many more tickets will go on sale then.

Since everyone on this page is already so irate, I'll go ahead and point out that the Beastie Boys insisting on being taken seriously as musicians, demanding that everybody play dress-up for their ridiculously huge "intimate" "gala" event, and charging them $65 for the pleasure is nauseatingly self-indulgent. But if they wanna do "Fight for Your Right to Party" at Studio B, I'm totally there.

I thought maybe because of the dress to impress thing that it would be a different setting for Hammerstein. Maybe seating or tables on the floor. But from the looks of the ticket sales it is gonna be just any old Hammerstein show. You really think with that many people that the dress to impress thing will be pulled off. Cmon now, we all know its gonna be mostly idiot frat boy jocks wearing anything other than impressive. I expect this to be another boring bad sounding Hammerstein show. Good work boys

Seriously, this presale and regular onsale were shit! Absolute shit! Who got these tickets? I'm not shocked it sold out, just angry that tickets were not even available. How?

no tix will be re-release from people that already bought them, come on...
